(If they publish their any message on twitter that will automatically shown on their facebook profile or facebook page.) Its very simple process and you can do it very easily.
Go to twitter facebook application . Remember you must be login to your both twitter and facebook accounts to start this process.
Now click on Go to App Button (see the image) and follow the other instructions given by facebook.
At last, you will be redirect to Twitter on Facebook and your facebook and twitter account will be connected. Here you can set your App permissions.
